Pancit Bihon


Chicken breasts, cut into pieces

Carrots and beans cut

Onions and garlic, cut

Chicken broth

Fish balls

Chinese Sausages

Soy sauce


Bihon noodles


Saute onion and garlic. Add chicken and cook. Add beans and carrots. Then fish balls and Chinese sausages until cooked.

Sautee more onions and garlic, boil broth. Then put the noodles in and add dark sauce (mom said this is soy sauce) and patis. Watch the noodles, it will soften. Cook until there is no more water.
