Onion and garlic
Sauté the garlic, onions and beef. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Sauté more onions and garlic. Add carrots. Put sauce in. Boil for awhile, then use immersion blender to puree the carrots. Use low temperature after puree.
Boil lasagna noodles.
Mix egg, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper together.
Layer it with meat sauce, then a layer of pasta, then layer of cottage cheese. Top off with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese browns.
