½ cup brown sugar
½ cup fish sauce (patis)
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup Sambal chili garlic sauce
1 ginger (frozen then grate)
Marinade chicken in sauce (from one hour to overnight). Bake in sauce for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Can turn chicken halfway through.
*Note: Michael Smith says it is just for a dozen chicken wings but I have used the same amount of ingredients for a lot more wings.
