Multipurpose flour

Water

Carrots

Sugar

Salt

Directions

Warm water.

Mix two cups of water with flour. Grate carrots, add sugar and salt to taste. Make dough with warm water. Same way you make the dough as mandazi.

After making the dough, cut into small pieces. Fry in pan.
