Tinola

 

Ingredients

Chicken (thighs are the best)

Onion

Garlic

Ginger

Zuchinni

Spinach

Chicken broth (optional)

Patis

Pepper

Directions

Heat up a bit of oil and brown chicken. Add onion, garlic, ginger and saute with chicken. Add broth or water. Can add patis and pepper to season. Let it boil until chicken is cooked and tender. Add zucchini and spinach. Serve over rice.
