Mommy’s Almond Roca


¾ cup                       butter

1 cup                        brown sugars

20-24                       graham crackers

1-2 cups                 sliced almonds


Butter pan. Line up the graham crackers on the pan. Put almonds on top of the crackers.

In a saucepan, heat up the butter and brown sugar until it melts together and turns into a caramel.

Pour on top of graham crackers and almonds.

Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Make sure to watch it because it burns so fast.
