This is my go to dip that is simple enough even for me! It’s creamy and delicious. My friends say it’s like crack. Lol. Enjoy!
2 cans of crab meat (or fresh lump crab if you’re fancy)
1 brick softened cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1 small finely diced white onion
fresh lemon juice
fresh ground black pepper to taste
Drain crab meat and place in mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese, mayo and onion. Add 3-4 drops of Tabasco sauce, or more if you like. Add a few tablespoons of lemon juice. Grind black pepper. Mix all together. Transfer to an oven safe dish. Grate cheddar cheese and place on top of dip. Place in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until cheese melted and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or bread.
