2 packages cassava
1 can coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 jar macapuno
Beat egg. Mix coconut milk, vanilla, half a can of condensed milk and half of the macapuno (without the syrup). Set aside the rest of the condensed milk and macapuno. Mix the egg and coconut milk mixture together. Add cassava to the mixture.
Butter baking pan and then bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
Pour condensed milk and macapuno on top of the baked cassava. Broil on low for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
